Plan a multi-pronged approach to let girls and their parents know about the program. Create a “buzz” in the community and name recognition for Rosh Hodesh: It's a Girl Thing! Stimulate interested girls to find out more – or at least be receptive to trying out the first meeting.

Click on the appropriate links to access recruitment material. Save the documents on your computer and personalize them with information about your group.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to display PDF documents. Acrobat Reader is available for free at http://www.adobe.com.

The PDF document will open in your browser window. To fill out a form, click on the hand icon and then in the first form field. You may get a "Cannot Save Form Information" pop up message. This can be ignored. Click Close. A cursor will appear in the first form field. Type directly into the PDF and use the tab key to go from one field to the next. For check box fields, the cursor will turn into a pointer finger. Click to place a check in the box.

From the File Menu you can print the document and/or save it to your desktop. From the PDF form window, you can print or clear the text.

You will need Microsoft Word to use these documents.

Click on the document you would like to use. It will launch Microsoft Word (if you do not already have it open) and open the document in a new window. You can edit, then save it to your desktop or print it from there.
